revoked you would have many businesses that would choose to keep that prohibition the same. you might have many more that would drop it to 18. i don't think you'd have a lot taking it much lower than that and i think they would catch a lot of **** from the general public if, for example, they were selling to 14 year olds.

my general thought from having lived in a country with no real legal age to drink is that is if the age limit went away for awhile things would get worse but eventually the novelty would wear off to a degree. and you would actually see less problems over time.
