what we did. Gather up folks in church or community basements and through a little skilled facilitation guided folks to participate and determine course of the local future. No agendas from my end and if folks came in with their own, they would meld with others who had brought theirs, but ideas could be shared equally. Hard-fought process with a nice pay-off at the end.
