So you're saying that Planned Parenthood is displaying latent racism by placing clinics in black neighborhoods than white neighborhoods, I could see where you'd reach that conclusion. However, there's another angle that we would have to evaluate. Providing abortions are only one service provided by Planned Parenthood, as they also provide other services aimed at preventing unwanted pregnancies, reducing sexual transmitted diseases. Now the question is whether there are disparities in those types of health care services in black and white neighborhoods. If there isn't, then I'd agree that your point is more persuasive. However if there are disparities, then that hurts your position.
