Sounds like yet another adventure in crony capitalism where citizens bear the costs of development for the sake of manipulated private profits in a world where government picks favored winners and losers. Sounds like you're clinging to the past and present as that is exactly what your silly "public -private" partnerships do.

Why do we need single payer? The ACA was hailed as the savior. After 7 years it needs a new governmental monolith to replace it?
