holding lawyers accountable for the time they spend on a case (can I assume it is ALWAYS vastly exaggerated?) but also capping their fee's, regardless of %.

The judicial system becomes ever more corrupt, between att'y, judge and prosecutor, IMO.

Oh, and then most legislators are lawyers. I'm just SURE we'll get tort reform, right? (Especially since not one democrat in the country wants it).

God I'm sick of democrats.
