No, he simply does not. He has never stated this, as far as I can tell.

I believe implementation of his ideas would lead to catastrophic results, and advocating for a change to a societal structure that would lead to catastrophic results is irrational in my book.
Yes, but this has no bearing on the irrationality of his ideas, themselves.
