I do think that he would start and/or play a significant role as a PG on around half the teams in the league (i.e. he's likely "middle of the pack" as pgs go in the league.) TP was tied for 14th in APG last year.
The Kentucky reference is just silly though - he wouldn't lead the league in anything if he were playing at UK, because he wouldn't get much PT. Briscoe was a top 15 recruit, and was better last year than TP.
