underhanded and rule circumventing practices of ku anymore, it never even crosses my mind. It is still my belief they are the dirtiest program in the nation by a considerable amount, but that belief is based on a several years past perspective and the assumption they would have no reason to try and change their practices.

Do some research into the violations. MU derived no tactical advantage from any of them nor where any members of the staff involved in committing them. Our compliance department messed up, which they have a re-occurring pattern of doing. And then MU went overboard in self penalizing, which they have a re-occurring pattern of doing.
