My position all along has been that MU tried to create a narrative in the way they packaged the investigation and self imposed penalties, and that the timeline of events as they publicly laid them out don't make sense. And that the entire situation was completely atypical from how any other investigation plays out and that additionally the self imposed penalties are completely askew from what would be expected given the uncovered violations.
