Has I've said before, show me the poll, how it was done.
You seek to ignore it, take an average of several (hoping that all of them can't possibly be slanted badly), and wish for the best.
No matter who you intend to vote for, polls should be treated like campaign ads, not the "science" the paid pollster wants people to believe.
