It's like Obama calling ISIS the "JV." He's still taking shots at Missouri as if the conquest in Norman just happened last year. He can't face the reality that Mizzou won this realignment battle, and the B12 lost. Tramel & the B12 leadership treated Mizzou (and other programs in the b12) like the "JV." Now, they're fighting for survival.
KU going to the b10 would be no stick in the eye to Mizzou. Look how that has turned out for the Nubs. Mizzou wanted to go to the B10 because that was the stable conference expanding at the time. Mizzou just wanted out of the B12, and that was the lure of the B10 at the time.
