As to any point you have attempted to make:
1. That the current training staff is not properly training these kids. None. Zero. You have given no argument to support your comments except that you are simply smart enough to know that an athlete should be gaining <0.5 lbs of muscle a month. That is an absurdly small amount of muscle in an entire month for some of these kids who just came from eating fast food regularly and poorly training in hs gyms.
2. There have been no evidence provided by you that bfr is leading to any cartilage or ligament lis injuries. Zero. You backed off this topic as soon as you realized your one original point had no validity. I can't stress enough that this is one component of an entire training regimen that the current University of Missouri health center is exploring further for patients and athletes.
3. HLA protein has no importance in PRP. PRP is simply centrifuging a persons own blood and injecting it back into tissue or joint spaces. The study you provided solidified my point that PRP is used with no mention of matching HLA in a persons own blood to itself. Ha
4. You have taken multiple shots at my own credentials in this conversation instead of providing any clear evidence or reasoning behind why our current staff is so inept at their current job. Perhaps it is because you have minimal experience in this field and are trying to cover it up with insults instead of concrete(or any shred of) evidence.
5. If you simply would have said 'it is my opinion' when discounting the current training staff then I would have no issue with your opinion. That's the beauty of differing opinions. But please don't try to act like you are an expert in a topic that you clearly are not.
6. This is training camp. These kids came from a lower level of training and play and are being thrust into 2 a days(by coaches and not training staff). INJURIES HAPPEN. Look at any school across the country. Injuries occur and it is simply our duty to get these kids in as good of shape as possible to survive the dynamic activities required by a very unnatural sport of football.
I have tired of your boring rhetoric over how much smarter you are than every other poster on this board in every topic on this board. If you are unable to provide anything to this post outside of snide contempt without a single supported fact then I'm going to just let this thread die. I don't feel like anything is being established here except for your own ignorance on the topic.
