That's funny coming from the morAn who accused me of using multiple handles and not being a medical professional. You are also the fool who demanded research, then counters said research with "I've seen mixed results." You've clearly shown aren't even bright enough to understand the need for tendon/ligaments to be developed and attended alongside the largest group of muscles in athletes exposed to incredibly high dynamic stressors in fatigued states...

If you want to tell me it's a good idea for skill position players to use BFR, go right ahead. I'll keep laughing. If you want to tell me the rash of hamstring injuries suffered by our skill position players is anomalous, go right ahead. I'll laugh even more. Btw, I'm waiting with a grin ;)
