arts around the football program are utterly ineffective.
Not only is the staff not prepared to take on these guys, they're clearly overrun.
Anyone reading Trevon's tweets could have seen he was in a bad place.
But the program doesn't take responsibility for that...oh no.
We have rules, blah blah blah.
My prediction: the first college program to get the 'family' thing down will start winning national championships despite lesser resources in other areas.
Every player needs to sincerely know they have a chance on and off the field when they make the team.
And when things are going badly, they need support.
Some program somewhere will eventually make this a reality.
Bottom line: the continuing outcome of players blowing up are unacceptable given the amount of money involved in these programs. We need far more than 'Positive Coaching', we need a whole new paradigm of team, of family, and of 'D1 College Football' opportunity.
