1) completely agree. That is almost certainly how the inclusion of all the Tan Tara stuff came to be. Basically we did some shady stuff to get Gant eligible, but took all the proper and necessary measures to follow the NCAA rules in doing so. But that shadiness brought some attention, and because our compliance department dropped the ball in other areas that increased visibility bit us. The best way to avoid NCAA enforcement is to not give them a reason to investigate, once they start they are always going to find something.
2) Fuller is the assistant referenced in the report. That is why he is at Harris Stowe currently, because it isn't an NCAA member school. Its crazy that we paid him $100,000, just a complete bungling by MU on alot of fronts and facets.
