receiving increased NCAA scrutiny. But to pretend like they are the reason Kim can't get a recruit in the top 200 is just crazy. Kim's recruiting problem is primarily because of his lack of D1 connections, his staff, and the fact that he was basically a deadman walking after his first year. I have to imagine that compliance is far, far down the list of reasons why he can't recruit at an SEC level.
