is unemployed right now. But given what Tate was able to accomplish during his year here, I don't think he is a big loss. I'm sure there are plenty of assistant with much more experience available.

I think the fact that he left isn't a good sign for next season as he feels that his firing is a likely outcome and he took a job at a lower-level school to prevent it. But I'm too worried about continuity because the big time the assistants are doing this time of year is recruiting and he didn't seem to be able to do that too well.
