before the start of the school year is a big loss. The only way to replace him is to hire someone who is not currently employed (nobody is leaving secure employment for that position.) I anticipate that Loos goes back full time - so it is a downgrade.
What is the impact on the players - coming of a 10 win season, losing one of the assistants this close to the start of the year isn't a good thing for continuity.
