Almost all coaches taking on a new program are there because the previous coach got fired. Haith had a 23 win NIT team coming of a 3 year span where he had just won 75 games.

Kim came in to as good or better of a situation than most coaches getting their first head coaching job. He has stunk because of his lack of ability not because of anything Frank Haith did. Those who do not realize that are just wanting to hold on to some dream that Norm Stewart can be reincarnated by one of his star players.
