And always seemed to find development kids, a few of which would become something special, like Charles Harris and Spoon and many others became solid contributors.

I'm not ready to say Odom will be better, but I must say I like what he's doing so far in what is projected to be a small class during what has been a difficult transitional time for the program. He's showing me that he knows His stuff and was a very good hire just when we needed it most.
