To contribute. I've known Fred Gumaer for years and have been a member for years.

There is no governmental coercion mandating it or a state legal entity enforcing participation. If I decide to drop out of KDHX I drop out. You can't do that with something set up by government, managed by government and enforced by government under threat of penalty of law.
