IMO This is pure fiction that there has to be some magic personality and character type required to be coachable or else, hands thrown in the air doggoneit, KA will just have to run them off. Winning teams aren't employing psychologists and developing personality profiles in recruiting. The work starts when they get to campus. No coach and program is handed a group of kids complete with harmony and chemistry in place. Coaching is leading people to embrace a group goal - that's it.

If people are uncoached and undirected and the losing kicks it - the cracks become craters.

We've seen that two years in a row and we're getting ready to witness a third.
