CSU would be a good addition to the big tejas and it might actually be doable.
Any team in a power 4 conference is not going to take a step down to a conference that is struggling with unity let alone one that is struggling with relevancy. That includes all four of the teams that left despite what senile bill thinks he heard.
I say that in attempt at truth and not to troll.
The power four are all stable and all have stable money flows that are only going to increase. I know the PAC is behind the big tejas for now but they chose to own their network outright (to a degree that even the Big10 doesn't have). Eventually distribution and start cost will settle in and they will be making similar money to the other power 4 (it took some time for the BTN to start printing money too).
The big tjas prospects of keeping up in the money game are almost nonexistent (hence why they are trying to expand). Even if they to get four decent teams they would still have to get tejas to give up the LHN to truly capitalize on it. That doesn't appear likely.
That said there are some mid majors that would fit in with the conference rather nicely and if everything hits just right (including being able to get tejas to drop the LHN) you might just have a chance of surviving.
