land grant csu is a far better cultural fit. they're the same size. csu is bringing a new stadium and clearly wants to be part of the league.

the pac12n is an epic fail. larry scott is a blowhard now feeling the the unfriendly swirl of his own arrogance. he may be canned. no one cares about college football or other sports out there. hell, ucla is even rumored to be talking to the big12.

but back to point, cu is as liberal as their pac12 partners. and that is clearly a strong academic conference, which i believe, coupled, keeps them there. cu's the only loss i never miss. an absolutely 'who cares?' athletically.
