Their basketball TV contract would bring less than a half million dollars to a conference memeber if divided up 12-16 ways..

That is what these dummies don't get.

ISU, k-snake are even worse candidates.

Schools in low population states don't stand a chance. Neither do schools where the conf is already on 100% of the TV sets.
