When Franklin was the starter, I remember people saying he was "too nice" and "too polite". Yet, he seemed to do just fine. People generally are just drawn to authoritativeness, and the QB position is like a position of authority.

IMO as long as Lock cares about getting better and becoming the best player he can be, I give zero ****s about how he goes about it.
