and his upside to become one of the great Missouri quarterbacks. He's got the talent. Not sure he's got the "it". I won't be entirely sold on his leadership until he wipes that silly high school grin off his face in post game interviews. It's time for him to mature, get stone-cold serious, insist on higher standards of every player around him; and despise losing. He needs to hate losing more than he wants fans and the press to like him. Didn't see that last year.
