He does have upside. He has nowhere to go, but up.

The "it" factor is the big question. He reminds me a little of Gabbert. I don't think Gabbert had the "it" factor, but he had good enough athletes around him to help him put up good stats. Our OC was able to call a game where Gabbert threw a lot of safe throws and have the athletes catching those balls be playmakers.

I don't think Drew has the athletes that Gabbert had around him. Maybe that is the difference between the two?
