Ratings & Shares still matter quite a bit in the model your referencing, despite what people erroneously think!

You maximize your media market without canabalizing your brand content & TCU did that perfectly, while being a net gain for Academics & Athletics. In fact, for Atheltics, they have been the most impactful, successful & exemplary, shining star of all the schools that moved & changed during the Realignment era!!

They gave the Big 12 a Top Powerhouse program!

Oh & Wealth counts! We're talking a private school here - the amounts revenue that is distributed is vast & allows or the best facilities & amenities!!

I've preached this to some lesser minds here (not you) that are stuck in decades pass "how big is your stadium" mindset, while there's are getting more empty.
