SCHD - pretty vanilla large-cap ETF focused on dividends
PDI - closed end fund, mainly bonds, pays monthly
SPYI - call option ETF made up of S&P 500 companies
QQQI - same as SPYI, but made up of NASDAQ companies

right now those make up the foundation. I'll likely tweak the weighting and add over time, but that's the core.
