A lot of programs have already done this: Alabama hired Courtney Morgan, NC Hired Mike Lombardi, Oklahoma hired Jim Nagy etc. When your investing this kind of money into a roster you better have a handle on value. Hopefully we can find a way to "moneyball" this a bit. I think it makes a ton of sense to separate football operations from player/agent contract negotiations. Drink has done a great job managing the locker room, but this is needed.
