Said formula, expressing fame as dollars by quantifying every single TD, YAC, Sack, TFL, Pick etc (and the value of each player on the field as each of these happen), can then issue NIL checks based directly on the fame generated by each player during each game.

News of the first equitable system for the distribution of wealth via the game of football will then draw the best players and catapult the program to the top of college football.

Long-term such an effort will necessarily revolutionize NFL finances as well.

Such a hire could easily accomplish this...
