This may be me, but I just felt like Kirby got more conservative in 2024 vs 2023? We went from 435 YPG to 390 last year. Also our big play rank fell from 19th nationally in 2023 to near the bottom in 2024. Maybe that's on Cook not being able to connect down field or not having Schrader, but we really didn't have a game plan close to what we saw at the K-State, LSU, or Tennessee games last year? It just seems like we got very conservative and predictable in 2024. Not sure if you can blame Kirby or it was just the talent, but a key to this year will be how innovative we can be with Pribula. It would also be nice if Norfleet could stay healthy this year.
