ABSOLUTELY a cost issue like M says. What Eloise is saying is nonsense.
That trip to California is very expensive and when the new budget came out this month it became obvious that trip to CA could not happen.
I don't know where they will be playing that weekend of Feb 20 but it's quite likely the competition level could be just as high as if they were playing in the Mary Nutter Classic. It'll just be somewhere closer to home and less expensive.
