is obtaining quality players and unless portal rules change, Drinkwitz is going about it the correct way. If you gotta' spend, spend on proven talent, not developmental talent. I haven't really paid any attention to any HS recruiting rankings. There are quite a few impact FR in basketball, but seems pretty rare to find a P5 FR football starter unless there are injuries or thin depth.
