I was there this time last year and don't recall seeing even one downtown. That's not to claim they aren't there...they clearly are from all reports. Maybe I just got lucky...I was in another cool college town recently and saw a few. But I'd be careful about what words we choose and implying that recruiting is suffering because of the homeless population.
