like Penelope Wheated, Bardstown Wheated, or Weller Special Reserve
There's zero "burn", just a very smooth, mild whiskey where you can actuall get the whiskey flavor but it doesn't burn going down at all. Those all tend to be in the 80-proof range, very mild & smooth.
I typically like wheated bourbons a lot more than rye-forward bourbons. The Rye spice burns more
