Some of the big football schools with lots of money are funding the extra scholarships for non-revenue sports, but many are not, or have not made that decision yet. Some of the richer schools are even going past the new limits for non-revenue sports, basically funding extra "scholarships" with NIL money.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
