I did not know the direction of "encouragement" 48% is probably the highest it has been for a while. So was his encouragement that the GOP is now higher (both compared to past and Dems) or as he stated it.

He has now become an above board supporter (voter) of the GOP party, so his stances are now confusing to me.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
