I don't see why the county needed another warning system.

The camp director should have a weather alert radio and a phone with push notifications and this all could have been avoided if they would have taken the flood warning seriously.

If you live, work, or play in that valley and you don't stay weather aware, well.......

Please explain why this message is being reported.
