Apparently the NWS issued a Flash Flood Advisory 12 hours before the flood. And a Flash Flood Warning was issued 4 hours before the water was rising rapidly.

Hearing RV's were washed away while occupied.

The camps being hit is just unfathomable as cabins for the younger campers were closest to the river.
