Missouri offered him prior to Notre Dame (Missouri offer March 2022 vs Notre Dame offer June 2022). Actually according to 24/7 Missouri was the 2nd team to offer behind Oregon.

Williams never had interest in Missouri, but Missouri was not woefully late with their offer.
