It's a political nuke sized landmine.

Jackson was what got biden the dem nomination in the first place, a deal struck with clyburn for a black woman supreme court justice for his support.

The dems, media would go ballistic insane at any attempt to remove her. tigerMatt squared crazy.

Sadly being stupid isn't enough to remove any govt official.
