hospice programs when the average time of survival for those put into hospice programs is shorter than one or more benchmarks.
Hence, there is an incentive to kill patients, or at least to reduce their survival rates.
Once you retire & start collecting Social Security you become a liability to the US government... maybe sooner if you go on Medicare before then.
You still probably have a few years to go before then, but who knows?
