and move 15 people into a 2000 sq foot house, so be it.

If they open a Mexican restaurant, work on a roofing team, etc, and don't commit crimes/leach off taxpayer dollars.......I don't really have a problem with it.

I do think that still needs to be heavily vetted and there should be a limit on the amount of tickets sold.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
