It's the fault of American drug users. So I imagine you would want to leave drug dealers on the streets alone and arrest the people who buy the drugs, overdose on drugs and have their lives ruined because of drugs.

Certainly it can't be Mexico's fault.

All I said Sara was that Mexico is not our friend.
