Why is it that you constantly display your ignorance. Friend? The Mexican president has a job to look after the best interest of the country. This problem with the drug cartels started way back. if you want to slow them down create an environment in this country where the drug use drops considerably. It will never be totally eliminated. Legalizing marijuana is causing the cartels to push a new product called Fentanyl. Don't you understand the history of the Black Market. That is just one issue.
