the equivalent of 3 times/week for pot. Very few people have one beer 3 different times throughout a week and no more.

You haven't talked about THC levels in the gummies or the amount someone is smoking. Taking one hit of pot 3 times a week is not going to yield the results from the study. 3 joints a week is quite different.
