they work with different aspects of the game. one is having a coaching in the bullpen. last year was I believe 2nd hardest schedule. Pitching struggled early however improved during the year. Same with hitting. a young team only losing 2 starters. no we won't win the conference next year, however we will move up to at least mid rank in conference.
