the only way to do it is to tie into a NFL franchise like a minor league team.

There are only 7 rounds in the draft and a limited number of spots on the practice squad.

This would be like a live version of a sh*ittier version of the practice squad, but die hard Chiefs fans and tardo STL fans would show up.
